Hey Leaders, I wanted to update you with just one more closing procedure. I have needed to give us a little more clarity on how to clean the ice bins and how often we should be doing this. You can also see the video in eTrain. Simply go to eTrain and type in ‘ice’. You will see a video titled ‘Cleaning drink tower/ice bin weekly.

To be clear, one ice bin should be cleaned every night Monday through Thursday. On Friday the tea urns need to be bleached. The Manager closing task sheet will reflect this soon.
